Japan Butler Academy is a butler training school located in Odaiba, Tokyo, and operated by the All Japan Butler Association — the same association I have long worked alongside through my own butler-related ventures. Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays, and each class is capped at just six students, so instruction can stay close and hands-on rather than lecture-style.
For those unsure whether this path is for them, the Academy offers a trial lesson before enrollment, so prospective students can experience an actual class before committing to a full course.

Three Courses, One Private Certification
The Academy offers three course tracks, each built around a different depth of study, so a student can choose a path suited to whether they are exploring butler work as a hobby, aiming for professional employment, or already working in service and want to formalize their skills. Students who complete a course receive a private certification issued independently by the All Japan Butler Association.
Beyond individual courses, the Academy also runs on-site training programs for companies, sending an instructor directly to a client's workplace to teach hospitality, manners, and service etiquette to staff.

Through my own work in family and stand-in services, I have spent years thinking about what makes a person's presence feel genuinely reassuring to someone else. Butler training approaches the same question from a different direction: hospitality, manners, and service are treated not as vague talent but as a skill set that can be taught, practiced, and certified. That is why I wanted to introduce this Academy.
